Specifically in time of war, do you think the government should or should not have the right to prohibit the news media from reporting sensitive military information?

Overseas in a time of war- absolutely. The media have proven repeatedly their lack of objectivity. They are about ratings and making money. Military blackouts on foreign soil are not unconconstitutional.
