Baltimore is a dump with mostly rude people who seem to think it is a "cool city". (Yeah right). Washington DC is awesome, but it's not part of Maryland. The western and ocean city parts seem okay. Honestly this is pretty much the worst state of the northeast, except possibly Delaware.
