Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is the latest and many consider, the best installment in the Grand Theft Auto series.

Each installment of the GTA series seems to be an upgrade. All of the games are relatively the same with new features added in. I think San Andreas is great, but I like the GTA series. I'm guessing that most people who rate San Andreas poorly don't care much for GTA period.
