From the Publisher: "This magazine's emphasis is on watching how network, local and cable television programming affect and reflect society. Its national editorial section reviews the shows and stars and covers the media s impact on news, sports, politics, literature, the arts, science and social issues through reports, profiles, features, commentaries and backgrounds. The local section contains network, local and pay/cable programming information for 106 local edition areas which include a Pay-TV movie guide, expanded grids, daily previews and close-ups on important programming."

I used to love reading TV Guide, concise yet entertaining articles. I also loved the crossword, I can definitely complete an entire crossword puzzle that is based on entertainment and pop culture. But, I don't get it anymore..it is a bit pricey for a television guide (that you get free in the newpaper) and the articles are not in depth or breaking news. If you want entertainment magazine, spend your money on Premiere or Entertainment Weekly and use the free tv guide in your paper, it gives you the same info.
