i got a 2007 450er and it is badass dirt or blacktop trail riding needs to be geared lowwer i've had it a week on the 5/5/07 and i have a oil leak coming from around valve cover i have not looked it over good but its dripping down on the carb i ran it hard for about 8 min.s full blast racing a car but i don't think it should b leaking

Did you go thru your break in period (20 hours) before doing that 8 min hard ride if you didn't you didn't geve your engine gaskets time to seat and thats probably why it is leaking. You are suppose to ride it 20 hrs at a normal rate then have your valves adjusted then you can get on it without worring about damaging the engine. I have the 2007 as well and I have no problems what so ever I just installed the HRC kit on 7/26/07, Man oh Man that mother F***** is fast fast.
