I have a senior dog who developed allergies to chicken, and she was 5 lbs overweight. I tried CN Herring & Sweet Potato and her scratching & hairloss improved with the first bag. She lost the 5 lbs also. We are currently trying CN Lamb with great results. We suppliment with 1/2 raw beef, lamb, elk, or bison. It is a simple diet with few additives and nasties. I give it a paws up!!

After 9 years using Wellness chicken, lamb, venison and fish I changed to California Natural 8 weeks ago. Concerned about the absence of glucosemine/chondroiten and high enough levels of omega 3/6 I am adding a new product Orijen Ocean Blue/Fresh 6 fish formula with sea vegetables: protein only 26%; omega 6 3.4%;omega 3 1.3%glucosaime700mg;chodroitin 250 mg and is grain free.Another bonus: my Lab had 3-4 bowel moevement per day - now 1 and MAYBE 2!!!! Huge benefit!!!!!
