It would be foolish to get married just because you fear being alone. especially if it is hasty. as for "the one" if you have so many stipulations and your standards are so high no one could meet them you may very well be single for the rest of your life.there is no perfect person out there. staying in a relationship takes a lot of work, and it is not always sunshine and happiness.i can understand you should not just settle to have someone, it would be miserable. and by the way what is that awful about being single?
