Jay is the man. I went to college with him and we drove to Vermont on the back of a bike (RAAA! I'll kill you in ping-pong!!!) Overall, he's an enthusiastic announcer you love to root for, BUT he needs to be a friend to athletes AND be able to ask them tough questions and get solid answers (I see you pussy-footing around your boys!!!)
