Wicca 5

GenghisTheHun - How can you talk about the people who were killed in the burning times like that..."stamped out". Innocent people were hunted down and burned at the stake for the sake of the "age of enlightenment". These people were knowledgeable of plants, herbs and natural healing - and they were murdered for it. Thousands of women and children. But of course the organized religions would never admit or talk about that. I attended a Catholic school for 12 years and came out Wiccan. That should say something. Not once in history class were we taught of the burning times - when so many people died. Have a little respect for the dead, and open your mind to other beliefs. It is because of people like you that we have wars based on religion. All paths lead to the same god. Maybe one day you'll realize that. And if people want to have funny bumper stickers of a Wiccan nature (I sell them ) then so be it! What about all the bumper stickers I see about WWJD? (What would Jesus do?). But that's okay insn't it? Because it's the norm - it's not "different". Grow up.
