not fond of the term Lower class as if someone who has less money is not as good as someone who does. I believe in helping someone who is less fortunate. programs that help pay for college classes to better themselves. and help with getting jobs. if someone is really trying and just need some extra help to get along in this very expensive world, yes we should help them to get by.I would draw the line at those who work the system seeking any freebie they can, have a ton of kids and feel it is the public's job to pay for them.well maybe free birth control but for persons who have fallen on some hard times and need a hand up yes help them so they can get back on their feet.
