What a mistake by changing from my existing hometown bank to Key. 24 hour hold on all deposits (even a key check). Internet does have a pending area to watch acount, but doesn't work! When transaction hits it hits. No pending warning. Close at 4:00 pm / so much for a bank for the small business. Several bad checks due to hold on deposit and not aware due to lack of internet failure. My personal bank rep told me I should not rely on internet banking and go back to the old balancing methods. National rep spoke with agreed that she didn't like it as well as her old bank before she got a job at key. $38.00 a pop / Sorry Mr. Shultz!
