05/22/2007 | Jeff Beck got his sound by double-amping. He took a small slave amp...used a razor blade to cut holes in the speaker cone...then played it through a microphone to his main amplifier.
BTW, they also sounded a lot like The Standells. |

05/22/2007 | The "chicken-scratch" was used by Clapton in his Yardbird phase. I agree with most of the review Flick, except that it most certainly WAS NOT a psychedelic song...it was about women. |
