Horrible! My flight was delayed, I missed a connection and an onward flight. Was made to pay additional fees with the onward airline due to the delay. KLM refused to reimburse the expenses because "its conditions of sale also specifically exclude any liability for damages suffered by passengers because of delay in a flight". What a bunch of crap. Oh yeah, the ground staff were some of the most unhelpful, unfriendly people I have ever encountered. Their customer service basically boiled down to "here's a 5 minute phone card - you sort out your own problems".
