A sinister being that, with that voice and cough, I believe is secretly behind the simply incredible number of  chewing tobacco reviews here.

The cough is Mace Windu's fault. Check out the Clone Wars cartoons and you'll see Mace use a force crush on him when Grievous is kidnapping Palpatime.
