Ok for starters will you all stop complaining about the sticky mark..! who care's you put it where its only going to show if your naked and then you and your partner will be the only one's that see it! I have been on it only a few weeks I admit but for me it seemed the logicial choice, I hate swallowing tablets and I would forget anyway if I had to do it every day, I have had no side affects what so ever (ok like i said early days but still....) I have been swimming, running, having showers and baths and it is yet to fall off, one time it did seem to catch on my knickers but just the very edge and it stuck back on! And about the health scare that was back in 2004! Its 2007 now, loads of tests were done after the problems in 2004 and its still on the market and has been declared safe... therefore i'm happy to use it!
