Bank of America offers perfect customer service. They gave me my very first savings account, my very first checking account, and my very first line of credit. I really appreciate their online bill pay, their online My Portfolio, and their security department for the debit cards. My free checking account is worth whatever maintenance fee they want to charge me. In my opinion, five out of five is not the rating they deserve; honestly, they deserve a six or seven out of five for their customer service. Bank of America should begin calling themselves "Credit Union of America" because their customer service is as good or even better than a Credit Union!! I don't mean to beat a dead horse but Bank of America has definitely won my business and they have made themselves a very loyal customer; I will go to them first for all of my future banking needs (car loan, home loan, credit cards, commercial banking, etc).
