Poor customer relations. Bought $450 ring and after deciding to purchase ring for daughter with her standing there they informed sizing was $13. I can not believe a jewelry store would charge to size a ring that is $450. If daughter hadn't been there I'd have left it one the counter. Honestly felt used when I left. Last purchase I ever make at Helzburg's, our "hometown diamond store".

I know it seems unfair that you are charged for that sizing... Heres the reason, gold prices are through the roof and someone has to pay for it... If the ring is over 500 it is free, but in the smaller pieces it simply is not profitable to give the sizing for free... They offer a very cheap warranty that covers the sizing and the piece for life... Buy it and you wouldn't have this problem and your jewelry purchase will be taken care of for life...
