Rainbow Cleaning Systems 1

These things stink!! They are overpriced & do not do any better than other units I have tried. They do well, but nothing spectacular. (The government should put price controls on these things to keep Rainbow from ripping off the public.) These idiots (Rainbow)won't even sell you any parts! They want the dealers to install them for you & claim that the price includes installation. Bullshit!! The labor is built into the price! They claim that they don't sell parts because if someone screws it up then they are liable!! More bullshit!! Why don't they just sell the parts with no replacement warranty if it is customer installed? More of Rainbow ripping off the public. I bought mine used & the motor went out after a few years. It will be the last one that I buy!

well, if you purchased this product used, there probably is a reason they were getting rid of it. the newer versions are actually very liable and hard to damage. they do come with pretty good warranties and they are amazing systems. its not a vaccum, because vaccums dont work. it's and air purification system that CAN BE used as a vaccum. how dirty was your water after your first cleaning? you need to see a demo.

another thing i wanted to mention...when you have a good working rainbow, the only time you have to replace belts is if they stretch out...the only time you have to purchase the hepa filter is dependent on how often you clean. normally its between 2-3 years, the hepa filters are washable up to 3 times. just think about how much you spend on belts, bags and new "cleaning systems" every year, 5 and 10 years...next time you clean and see all the dirt in the water, remember with a dry system you are pushing that back into your air and the dirt that didn't escape the bag and simply stuck in the bag and stored in the closet where mold and bacteria form....

How old was your used unit and why wouldn't you have them repair it if the labor is free? I guess you get what you pay for.
