Blockbuster Video 2

It is rare when we go to a Blockbusters. They are so overpriced.  Especially for their games. I have read they now offer online ordering mail service like Netflix does. After the experience we had with them Sunday, we would not consider their mailing online option. We had not been at the actual store for a long time. Today my family went to Kroger to do some quick shopping. While we were at the Uscan we noticed a cardboard envelope at the bottom of our cart. I picked it up and there was a DVD inside{Pretty in Pink}  the envelope looked like something they would send in the mail. Feeling we should be a good samaritan we decided  to return the DVD in person to our local Blockbusters. { If we had lost a DVD we hope someone would do the same for us} We came up to the desk and told a girl who looked to be barely out of high school  that we found this DVD with  Blockbuster  on the envelope and wanted to turn it in. She just grabbed in out of our hand said Oh! looked at it went hmm. and then walked away from us. told the other two employees but all three ignored us. Geez. talk about rude! We were just trying to be nice and wanted to spare a customer a charge for that movie. We remained in the store for about ten minutes since our teenage son wanted to look around. we left renting nothing. again all three employees ignored us. guess they were too busy chatting because they were not working.Needless to say we will no longer go to Blockbuster no matter what they offer. and if we ever decide to go with a mail in service looks like we would go with Netflix. this is not the first time we have dealt with rude little snotty assed employees at this store. I was there once when a customer got ticked at an employee for his rudeness and told him to shape up his attitude. too bad. used to be a decent place to go to. Not anymore.
