We have attempted to contact AlanaJ and offer to resolve all her issues at her convenience but she has not responded. We will continue to resolve the problems surrounding the service se received.
The technician who smelled like smoke has been relieved for poor performance and stealing. It is a long a difficult process to find the right people but we are continuously trying. We hope that AlanaJ will give us another try.
