Kit Fisto was killed in the Supreme Chancellor's office during a short duel with Darth Sidious.

Unlike Saesee Tiin, he had time to defend himself, but still only lasted a few seconds against the powerful Sidious. I preferred the novelisation's portrayal of the three Jedi's deaths, where Fisto at least died with his trademark smile on his face.
