Lowe's 1

They installed a refrigerator last month and had trouble connecting the water line, but when they left, they said it was "fine". The next day, I had water dripping through the ceiling of my finished basement. The fix was easy - I just tightened the coupling at the back of the fridge and it's been great since, but now I have water damage... I called Lowe's and all they offered was to give me a new water line... which I didn't need. So without question, I am never shopping there again!

I am currently having trouble with a refridgerator we purchased a little under 2 yrs ago. We did not opt for the extended warranty they offer. I can't get a repair man out here because and I quote "doesn't get out this way much". Oh so sorry to inconvenience you but my food is all melting on my kitchen floor. This is the repair man that Lowes uses to fix their appliances. As far as I am concerned someone is going to pay for this repair, I don't care who but it won't be me. Either Lowes can take the bill or Whirlpool/Roper will be paying because there is no way on earth a refridgerator lasts only 19 months!!! I will never spend another dime at Lowes
