Bill is going to end up like Roman. Bill flushed his morals down the toilet when he says to Don about Weber Gambling machines: "We can't stop now! We're almost at the Promised Land!" and went fishing for a fourth wife at the local dinner. I especially despised him when he went to Margene's house for oral sex after his little fight with Barb.
