Never have I understood the arguments against this. Years ago, England decided to "live in the real world" and forego this supposedly antiquated idea. Consequently, they began giving condoms to school children and teaching "safe sex". By 2002, they led the EU in both STD's and unwanted pregnancies among teens...Go figure.
