The Senate recently voted an additional 3 billion dollars for security on our southern border (as though we have any to begin with). Bush has threatened to veto the measure. His excuse- "too expensive". That news is days old. Today (7/31/07) Condi Rice and her team were doing his bidding in the middle east. In an effort to stick it to Iran, they are proposing giving 83 BILLION dollars to middle eastern nations to bolster their military...30 billion to Israel, 20 billion to Egypt, and 20 billion to Saudi Arabia (anyone remember 9/11?). The rest, accorsing to the AP article, will go to "various other middle eastern nations". YET....3 billion is "too expensive" when we discuss securing our own borders.

This guy is a blight on the Republican Party, and the White House.
