Utter trash. Qualification is in the eye of the beholder. It's an 'opinion' place and there are several reasons why people write less or more- I actually believe it's a time constraint (job, family, travel, et.al.). If a little mosquito whose name-isn't-worth-remembering doesn't think you 'qualify' something than the bug isn't really looking for education or enlightenment but a soapbox. This is a place for opinions- get over your sense of entitlement to 'know' and develop an idea that expressions come in mutliple formats and styles- which means you usually won't be happy with what you read.
