Some of you people are seriously ridiculous! I work for Cold Stone and consider myself an expert so hear me out: If you want hard packed ice cream or simple, plain neopolitan, you should PROBABLY go to a grocery store. Also, you penny pinchers, getting ice cream should be an occasional family treat, that's right, TREAT. Splurge a little on your kids or friends. Don't want to? Probably should get grocery store ice cream. Also, just as a side note, if you think Cold Stone's portions are "stingy", you are a PIG. The Like-it size is 5 ounces of VERY RICH ice cream. If you are downing 12 ounces (aka a Gotta Have It) of sticky sweet Cake Batter, and calling US "greedy", you are a BIG FAT PIG!!
HOWEVER. If you want REALLY high-quality, made everyday, super-premium ice cream: You should come to Cold Stone. Everything is delicious and completely custom made. Service with a smile and a delicious, fresh product? Yes, that is worth the money. It's a CREAMERY, people. Not a Baskin Robbins.
Oh and P.S.? To make Cake Batter, you add one big bag of CAKE MIX (yes, what comes in the box at the stores, minus eggs and milk) and throw it in the machine with the Sweet Cream ice cream mix. That's why it tastes like CAKE. Wow. If you DON'T want to feel as though you are licking a bowl clean of real Cake Batter, have a sample, and DON'T GET IT.
Cold Stone has never had a recall for any bacteria. Our cleanliness standards are through the roof.

So whoever is reading this: TRY Cold Stone. Don't listen to these angry people with no lives who had one bad experience at one bad store. We have hundreds of stores nationwide. Try the ice cream, and you will like it. If you don't, blame it on a bad employee, bad owner, or bad experience. Don't chastise my franchise. THINK FOR YOURSELF!!
