I contacted the President of the Hall, they indicated that SRV was not eligible to be on the ballet until next year;25 years from first album release of something like that. So maybe better fate for SRV than for DEEP PURPLE, Genesis, Jethro Tull, Moodys, Yes, Chicago,and others deserving induction before jazz artists such as Miles Davis, and country legends, or minor 50's artists such as Richie Valens. No offense to any of them, but this is a ROCK AND ROCK HoF, isn't it?
