Sprint is absolutely the worst company to have cell phone service with. I waited on hold for 2 hours while the idiots kept transferring me between other idiots. I needed service and unfortunately I could only get the information needed via a phone call to the customer service department. I am switching service to T-Mobile (the customer service reps are much more willing to help and easier to understand.) I can't believe how horrible Sprint is... unreal. I will never recommend Sprint to anyone. Sprint also changed my plan on me without my permission and fought with me when I wanted to change it back. I ended up with a much larger bill (They didn't care, I had to pay it), and I sat on hold for another hour while I waited for the change to take place. Jeez- I had to pay $200 to get rid of them, well worth it if you ask me. Of course, they don't budge on that, but whatever, as long as I never have to talk to "Mary" the Indian girl who claims she is from New York. That's a load of crap, just like everything else that has anything to do with Sprint.
If you want to live a happy and fulfilled life, avoid Sprint and their horrible customer service reps, unlawful changes to your account, over-priced packages, and out-of-date phones.
PS- Sprint doesn't deserve a star... they deserve a kick in the head.
