Ok i smoke 2-4 blacks a day is that bad someone please commnet on that let me know if i need to slow down or whats going on

can someone say Oral cancer? Calm it down. Use nicorette if you need to some times. i smoke one TURE cigar about once a month and about 2 cigarettes a week.

I would say cut down to one maby 2 a day. But what i would really recomend is smoking a true cigar probly 1 a day. Some machine made ones that aren't expensive at Dutch Master which are pretty good and are sold I know at most Rite Aids in singles, I would also recomend Garcia Vega which is also sold in singles at most Rite Aids its a bit more that a Dutch though.
