some may say this is tacky or lazy. but our immediate family does this with each other. my teenage and 22 year old kids. love this. they can go on their own shopping spree and pick what they like. my hubby and I also give each other a card with cash. we like our shopping too. thing is when someone asks me what do I want for my birthday i have a hard time thinking of something.I am grateful for open up presents but would not be offended with a card and cash.
