Like I said on another rating of mine: I'd like to have a thoughtful gift rather than money. I'd rather be able to enjoy the gift rather than shove the money into my bank account and mindlessly spending it, thus never seeing it again. Giving money just isn't that thoughtful enough, unless in the case of an indivisual needing the money to pay for rent, bills, etc.
