We flew Midwest Connect airline for the first time and it was the worst experience I have ever endured with an airline. The cabin was extremely cold. Passengers were complaining about the cold and the flight attendant explained that "It was cold outside." We were crusing at 30,000 feet of course it was cold outside. The flight left Milwaukee about 2 1/2 hours late and when we arrived in Nashville we were told that they "forgot to put the luggage on the plane." Everyone that I saw was very civil to the people taking the "Delayed Baggage Reports" and we were told that the luggage would be delivered by 11:00 AM the next morning. Needless to say, it is mid afternoon and there is still no luggage. When I called Midwest to ask about the luggage I also asked about reimbursement for the misc. toiletry items my wife and I had to spend because items that we did not have duplicates at home we needed to buy and were told that they do not reimburse you for anything if it is your home town. They advertise "Best Care in the Air", but it was truly our worst care and will never fly with them again!
