I say it is dumb not because I am criticizing those who give their faith the highest priority. But I think it is really dumb because one of this nation's core principles is the separation of church and state. So when those who mix faith and reason also start referencing the "Founding Fathers," said founding fathers are probably in their graves, muttering, "That's not what I meant at all!"
