Romans is a decent reporter but not among the elite even at CNN. She's definitely more suited to reporting than the anchor job. Every time she gets on the hotseat she tends to mess up. It's not that she's bad - just a little unsure as an anchor. As for looks, she's kinda getting some mileage and she's cute but not a head-turner like Heidi Collins for example.
