  I did not see her season I just read about her here and there, none of her songs where ever on the radio.but I thought, wow she must have been good to win season 3.(I know,how niave on my part) well good for her gettin out of the ghetto,I thought.

Fast forward a year or so,Im at the local Barnes and Noble and much to my surprise I see her book entitled "life aint' no fairytale" this  AFTER she won american idol season 3.I have not read the book,but I was appalled to see this movie on the lifetime movie network not because of said networks reputation of coarse but because after 5 minutes of watching this crap,she can't act,it is actually laughable,and it looked like they were making her into just another "victim" of society who happened to get knocked up god knows how,but through no fault of her own of coarse.I guess that is what they meant by "life aint no fairytale" like all the other american idol hopefuls are somehow born with a silver spoon in their mouthes.

How racist of a statement is this: but I thought, wow she must have been good to win season 3.(I know,how niave on my part) well good for her gettin out of the ghetto,I thought. You should really be ashamed of yourself. Fantasia is a very talented singer, who has come out of some very try situations and become a very successful woman. Oprah even sings her praises, as she is now starring in her play, "Color Purple" for this alone she makes 3million dollars a year! Apparently, she CAN act or she wouldn't have gotten the part in the play. You'll never have half of her success! I love this old saying "If you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all". Think about it.

Fantasia has one of the worst voices of all time; She sounds like Daffy Duck when she sings! Of course "The Oprah" is going to sing her praises Lexia!!! You think about it!!!

I always hate fanboys who tried to force their opinions down people's throats. "YOUR JEALOUS OF (blank), If you can't say sayhting nice BLAH BLAH." Did it ever occur to you that we don't like Fantasia's singing?

Lexia,you have every right to think she can sing,and to think she can act. But I don't. And I hate to inform you but just because Oprah sings ones praises does not mean it to be a fact. Did i say I saw her on broadway? No,I was referring to the lifetime movie that was atrocious.And as far as your saying she is far more successful than I'll ever be,you are proabably right,I don't thinkI'll make millions of dollars if that is what your defining success as.But I do hope she is very successful for the sake of her child,maybe she will be in a better position to make better choices than her mom made.And lastly please spare me the racist comment.Just because you happen to like the person I don't and they are a minority does not mean Im racist,my words came directly from her book. grow up.
