Hi Tonyam. I started using this gel about 4-5 days now and I'm starting to see the redness, dryness, and itchiness on my face. Sad but at the age of 43, I'm still suffering from acne. The reason I'm giving it a try is because my dermatologist recommended it (with clyndamycin in a.m. but most importantly, I'm trying it because I actually see it works on my son's face. Although his face is kinda dry, it has cleared up dramatically since he started using it. The downside (as far as I can remember) is I almost made him stop using it bec his acne seems to be getting worse. I then red the warning and it said that your skin might get worse before it gets better. Also, it's important that you're consistent on using it. I'm a little worried about my face right now but I'm being patient and hopefully soon, I see the great result I'm expecting. I really think the patience and consistency is the secret.
