I don't know if I'd bother with personal lists in the sense that they create their own list of things to rate that may not be on the site already but maybe let people gather together a list of their favorite comments or something along those lines. Besides if people created their own lists of things that aren't in rateitall's database how would you find them other than by stumbling upon their user page?
