Motokrzr - VERIZON WIRELESS
This phone is inept / junk.
Ive had it about 1 month and had to exchange it for another within 2 wks.
1. The screen would freeze and not able to make or accept a call.
2. The battery drains much faster.
I received a new replacement within 2 weeks and it started to do the same thing. While trying to flip open the phone a few times to hopefully help it along (so as not to have to return it and go to verizon and wait 2.5 hrs during work hours-AGAIN) it slipped out of my hand, fell, and the outside cracked like a mirror. Verizon refuses to replace even tho Ive been a dedicated customer many years and never had any problems previously -THEY SAID I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW PHONE - I HAVE HAD THE "NEW PHONE LESS THAN 2 WEEKS" AND HAVE TO USE THIS FOR THE REST OF MY 2 YR TERM - LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CARRIER (rather than pay them for a new phone) VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
