I have been on Isotane (Roaccutane overseas) since end Dec 06 and have been acne free for months now. Now i just take one every three or so days so i don't get too hot or flushed (annoying side effect of latter months). I truely advise someone with a serious acne problem, who has tried just about everything else and is getting no results, to go to the Derm and get on this prescribed medication. I have gone through the worst phase of my life and Isotane was a saviour. It does indeed make your lips and skin dry but use alot of vaseline and oils specially for baths and you will be fine.
