Nebraska is generally considered one of the those boring middle-American states. I like it. Uncrowded, open, blue-skies, lots of wildlife. The Niobrara river is one of the most beautiful in the US. Why not take a big chunk of western Nebraska,turn it into a buffalo pasture, and preserve a large piece of Western heritage?
