I used this product for 2 months and did not notice any difference after the second shipment I cancelled my membership and was assured that I would be refunded the money that was auto-debited from my account. After more than 1 1/2 months later and no credit to my account, I called Aloette and was informed that I was given an "in-store" credit, sorry, but NO REFUND for the product not used but returned in the unopened package!!!! Too bad, so sad, if I don't want to buy any more products from them, I was told NO REFUND period. Nice Customer Service! After I paid for the original order and a 2 order, but decided to return the 3rd auto-shipment!

I have had the exact same experience. I ordered the product, ordered it again, see no real results, returned the third package unopened, and got NO REFUND. I called to talk to customer service and was then told that they only do in-store credit but no refund. I quoted the infomercial that says you can return the product for full refund, and was told that only applies to the first order. I told her that I've never had this experience with any other mail order products and asked to talk to her supervisor. I was told (rather rudely) that I can do so but I'll receive the same answer. Since the supervisor was "busy", the service rep took my number for a call back. Guess what? I NEVER HEARD BACK. Surprise, surprise. Now I'm trying to call again and can't get a live person. Their products might be basically good, even if these didn't work for me, but the quality of the company ethics and service are SHADY!!! I'll try one more time before calling the Better Business Bureau.
