Dillard's

Speaking as former Dillard's employee. First,I was offered another job that is why I left Dillard's was an opportunity that sought me. I was very happy at Dillards. I would go back in a heartbeat provided I could work with the same management team. If you work hard and sell all the above (work and sales) can be done. Shoppers really do not shop until 12 ish and it is pretty scattered when they do shop. I was able to keep my salary after my 6 month sph was evaluated. Dillard's is a great opportunity. Especially if you want to get into management and willing to move out of area. Dillard's is sort of like the Army, they are looking for a few good men and women. The Comments about the Dillard's family are unfounded. They are just private and do not brag about there generosity. They come into the store once a month and are very pleasant. What minimum wage job opportunity pays $9.00 an hour and offers benefits including an awesome 401k? All Dillard's asks is for us to keep there standard of excellence. I found my manager more than fair and willing to help me with my schedule to meet my families needs. I hope the company makes it because Mr. Dillard SR. was one class act. I would say to anyone interested in working there? Who would not enjoy working at the Boston Ritz. Now that is class and if you time it right it is class with a deal!
