EVH isn't really terrible, but I've given him a *1* to offset one of the votes from his abysmally ignorant fans. 

BTW, David Lee Roth is the best thing about this band!

Can't really blame others for giving ones if you do it yourself. It's like the whinny little kid who says "They're doing it, so I'm going to do it to (boo whoo, boo whoo)"
