Thanks, but plain ol' H20 is more than enough to quench my thirst. If I absolutely have to have some kind of flavor to go along with the thirst quenching, I'll have fruit juice or soda (although I'm trying to ease off the soda a bit). Lately, I've been alternating between water and grape-juice (the unfermented kind...it's very refreshing if you've just jogged for any distance, as I did today).
