Fast pain releif without an upset stomach.

Aleve doesn't last as long as they say it does on the commercials. It also left me with a slightly upset stomach. All in all I would recommend Tylenol or Asprin.

be careful, aspirin can upset your stomach just as much as Aleve. You can take more aspirin tablets than Aleve though so you can control your dosing better.
