Please watch out for this bank. They tend to get really sneaky around the holidays when people tend to spend more and not pay a lot of attention to their account. They just stole $152.00 from me. I deposited my pay check on Saturday and online it shows that it cleared on Monday....also showed me $152 in insufficient funds charges on that same day. Not anywhere does it show that I was in the negatives. I had $1000 in there. ($90 just prior to my deposit.) When I called them to inquire about it, they told me that on that Monday they only gave me $100 of my paycheck and then gave me the rest on Tuesday. They charged me for 4 items at $38 a clip. The money was there but they were holding it???? So, I asked them to avoid this in the future, I need to find another bank where I can cash my paycheck and then get back in my car and travel to their bank to deposit nothing but cash? Her reply was "Yes and no." Whew, good answer. Then "as a courtesy" they decided to split the difference with me and credit me back $76.00. Well, if I need to go somewhere else to "CASH" my paycheck I might as well open a new account elsewhere. What a bunch of idiots.
