I've had my Paragard for 6 months now and love it. The insertion was much easier (less painful) than I thought it would be based on what I'd read. It only took a couple of minutes and I was done. My cramps were worse in the first few months after the insertion, but now everything is back to normal and I don't even know it's there. I totally recommend the Paragard - no hormones (or hormone side-effects)!!!
