To even denote one star to Mr. Worthy is being far too generous. He is a useless do-nothing that is only concerned with stroking his over-inflated ego while casting the people's concerns to the wayside. He must be removed. The local government must move beyond the "BUSINESS AS USUAL" mentality and refrain from reengaging in the "PARALYSIS by ANALYSIS" approach to doing business and get THINGS DONE!
