Keybank has lost my business. I've been with them for sixteen years but this is ridiculous. I had charges go through the SAME day as a major deposit but because the "time" of the automated deposit supposedly went through after the charges they charged me $180 in overdraft fees that they won't refund. Even the overdraft notices show a postive balance the same time they are claiming overdrafts. It's a scam.
